I read a book recommended to me by a classmate in 2006 and have been looking for it for Years. I remember only two things about it - there was a young woman who went to night school, and there were vampires. Paperback, quite a cheesy cover as is the case for most books under this genre.

Hoping someone else might have read it!

I'm not sure about the night school part, but could it have been The Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause? It's one of the pre-YA-vampire-craze books that I can think of. :D https://www.amazon.com/Silver-Kiss-Annette-Curtis-Klause/dp/0385734220

Could it have been part of the Morganville Vampires series by Rachel Caine? The first one was Glass Houses, which came out in 2006. It doesn't completely fit your description as the main character is not at night school, but she's at a small town university with the intention that she switch to a more prestigious institution when she finishes her freshman year (thus saving some money) which could maybe fit that general idea (I think she maybe does end up having literal night school with a vampire, but it's been a while). She moves into a house in town and one of her housemates turns out to be a vampire.

Hey, [personal profile] unrelaxing, did you ever figure out whether your lost book was by Rachel Caine?
